Which payment methods do you accept?
All items we sell are in Pound Sterling and can be paid for by the following :- Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We also accept cheques and postal orders.
Can I place an order online and pay for it offline?
Yes, place your order as normal via our web site then at the checkout page you can choose to pay via phone or post. Follow the instruction once you have selected one of these options then you can pay either by phone or post.
What companies kits can we get for you?
We sell all kits / products from DMC, Anchor, Dimensions, Heritage Craft, Lanarte, Maia, Popcorn and The Daylight Company.
Do you accept orders from America?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world
Do you charge VAT to customers resident in the EU?
Yes, VAT is charged to customers resident in the EU, all prices shown on this web include VAT at 17.5%, where applicable. For residents that live outside the EU the web site will automatically deduct the VAT from your order during checkout.
Is the site safe to use my Credit / Debit Cards online?
Yes, it is completely safe. All Credit / Debit Card details are encrypted and can only be viewed by ourselves. Please see our Security page for further information.

Do you offer free postage to all UK Customers?
Yes, we offer free postage to all UK customers.
For none UK customers we charge postage dependant on the weight of the items (Subject to a minium weight). Each item listed on this web site has its weight attached to the item, all the weights of the products you ordered will be added together and times by the kilo value listed below. The total postage charge for an order will be displayed at checkout before you are committed to place the order.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.time for deliveries from the date of dispatch are also shown in the table below.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?
The majority of items on the web site are in stock, so can be dispatched within 7-10 working days. However some items may be temporary out of stock or may be a purchase to order item, so these items may take longer. If the product you ordered is out of stock we will inform you via email and then give you regular updates of when the goods will be dispatched to you. If you want to know if a product is in stock before you order, email us at info@sewdiscounted.co.uk and we will tell you.
Can I return an item?
If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product, you have 30 days to return it to us in the original condition and packaging for a full refund. See the back of your receipt for more details.
