Ordering
1) Click the button to the left corresponding to the company that produces the kit you wish to purchase. You can also search for products by item number or name and you can search by Categories.
2) Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, select the options you require (if applicable), the quantity you require and then click "Buy Now". You will be shown your shopping cart containing the products you wish to purchase.
3) If you wish to order threads or beads click on "Threads and Beads" to the left, then select the make of threads or beads you require. Click on all the shade numbers you require, these will be displayed in the top box. Once you have finished your selection and checked the quantity chick "Buy Now". If you require to change quantities please change then now.
4) After you have finished your shopping click the checkout button.
5) At the checkout page make sure the basket contains the products you wish to order. If at this point you wish to remove a product from your basket simply click on the dustbin button by that item. You can also at this stage change the quantities by either clicking + or -.
6) Once you are happy with your basket please select the country the order will be dispatched to. Then click "Purchase".
7) Please fill in the delivery address of the order.
8) Here you will be able to edit your order for the last time but if you are happy to proceed please select payment method and then click "Continue".
How to Pay
Pay by Secure Server using your Credit or debit card.
1) Complete cardholder details.
2) Please enter your card number, valid from date, expiry date and
the last three digits that are printed on the signature strip. For Switch
or Solo cards we also require the card issue number, if one is
printed on the card.
3) Click "Complete order"
4) You will then see your order confirmation.
Pay by Cheque or Postal orders.
1) Click to confirm payment by cheque or postal orders.
2) Print out 2 receipts one for you to keep and send the other one with
a cheque or postal order to us.
Pay by Credit/Debit Cards over the phone.
1) Click to confirm payment by phone.
2) Print out 1 receipts for your records and then call us on
0845 0614765 quote your order referance and your card details.
Your card will be debited with the cost of the order on the day of dispatch.
You will then receive a confirmation email when the order has been dispatched.
Note
We only accept orders with the minim value of £4.00.
