DELIVERY
All Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail services, and will include all destinations throughout the World. You will receive a conformation email of dispatch and then the order should be delivery within 1-2 days but please allow upto 2 weeks for delivery before contacting us. Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within three weeks of the dispatch date.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all goods we sell.
A refund will be issue as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item. We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.
Claims will only be settled for faulty goods after they have been returned to us with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. 

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit or debit card when placing your order through our secure payment server via our web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions or any orders place with us.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE of the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment.
